A Tuesday night find. A short video postcard – ‘My Little Beijing’ – by the Pixcube Animation Studio of their holiday visit to Beijing, China in the Spring of 2010. It encapsulates the fast-paced nature of the city, the vibrancy, energy and colour of the culture (that I miss greatly). Apparently ‘it was very difficult to keep the atmosphere constant, because the smog was changing every day’ whilst filming. Something experienced and never forgotten. A well produced filmic short to add to my China archive.
